Terms of Service

VendPortal provides tools for managing vending machines, customer support, reporting, integrations, subscriptions and related workflows. Features may vary by plan, location and third-party provider availability.

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and ensure that only authorised users access your workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for complying with applicable laws.

A free trial may be offered for the period shown during signup. Unless stated otherwise, paid access begins only after you select a subscription and complete payment. Fees, billing frequency, machine limits and included features are displayed before purchase.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant VendPortal permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices for any personal data you upload.

VendPortal may connect with providers such as payment processors, messaging services and vending management systems. Their availability and performance are governed by their own terms, and VendPortal is not responsible for outages or changes outside its control.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use VendPortal to violate the rights of others.

We work to keep VendPortal reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, VendPortal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may cancel a subscription through the available account controls or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk or a material breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
