What can my location partner see?
Each partner sees published revenue, their share, monthly statements and recorded payments for their assigned machines, without access to your operator workspace.
Do I need Nayax to share revenue?
No. Upload monthly figures and supporting files manually. Optional Nayax access can show imported current-month sales for matched machines when enabled by the operator. Monthly statements and payment records remain separate.
Does VendPortal send payments to partners?
No. Make the transfer using your usual payment method, then record the amount and payment date in VendPortal. A reference and payment proof are optional.
Do I need to replace Nayax or my existing VMS?
No. VendPortal can work alongside Nayax or another supported system. You can also manage your operation manually without an integration.
How are tickets linked to machines?
Each machine has a unique Machine ID and QR code. Every ticket is automatically linked to the correct machine, location and operator.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment, and you can export your data.
